The Fun Patrol 2010

From Laramie to Monument to Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Pegosa Springs, etc. then back to Monument, to Denver, back to Laramie and finally to Salt Lake City, the Fun Patrol was on the go this year...great memories for sure!

WALT DISNEY WORLD-VERO BEACH 2010

Another fun-filled trip to WDW and then to Vero Beach. The Wyoming Dewhirst's, Linda A. for a day, Aunt Sherry, Dick and I, had a fun, if not a warm and humid, trip to the east coast Magic Kingdom. Wonder of all wonders, our sweet Isabelle LOVED her time at the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and she sat still the entire time, picked out her own hair, make-up, clothing, etc. We were all expecting that our little fire cracker would quickly be bored and not want to finish - not so says our Missie Belle! She sat the entire time, was fully engaged and we were amazed at her patience and interest at the ripe old age of 3! We think that she says "I am a REAL girl and loved every moment of the BBB!"

EASTER IN MISSOURI!

Easter in Missouri with Rich, Lindy, Ryan & Alex. A quick trip but we had a wonderful time and were sad to leave. Alex will have his first communion this weekend at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hamburg, Iowa. We won't be there but will be there in spirit and send our love.

THE TWINS ARE THREE!

It's hard to believe that Mitchell & Isabelle are already three - their birthday was on Friday, February 19th. They came to Monument the previous weekend to celebrate an early birthday and Valentine's Day. We had a fun time at "Mr. Biggs" in Colorado Springs and Drew and Dawn had a well deserved romantic dinner and movie Saturday evening. After the twins afternoon nap we snuck in a little family birthday party. The photo below of Mitchie and Belle is of the two of them as they saw their birthday table. One would never know by looking at them now that they spent the first two months of their lives in the NICU in Ft. Collins. As they say.....a good time was had by all!
