WENDY & WAYNE CELEBRATE 25 YEARS OF WEDDED BLISS!

It does not seem possible but our beautiful goddaughter Wendy & her loving and handsome husband Wayne celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on 1-21-2014. Happy Anniversary and many more to you two, love and miss you!

DREW IS 44 TODAY

Happy Birthday to Drew!  Happy #44.....and many happy returns! Dinner at his Mom & Dad's tonight....the only thing that would make it better is for the Rock Port gang to be here too.  At the birthday boys' request we are having a typical meal that he enjoyed growing up in Pioneer, California.  BBQ Teriyaki chicken, chicken Rice-a-Roni, green salad with homemade ranch dressing, toasted French bread and I added green beans.  He requested no cake but instead pistachio ice cream.  Could not help myself.....I made a batch of brownies this morning because you just have to have something to put those candles in for the birthday song!  Happy Birthday son.

BAKING DAY WITH GRAMMIE

Yesterday was baking day with Grammie.  Heath is wearing his new apron (made for him by his Aunt Barbara) and he made tree cookies.

 Mr. Mitch asked his Grammie some time ago if she would find a crab cookie cutter as he wanted to surprise everyone with red crabs. I am thinking that this will become the ever popular Christmas crab. I forgot to take a photo with his new apron that Aunt Barbara lovingly made.  The kids loved their new aprons.

 The fruits of their labor - they took a tray home and we kept these for Christmas Day!
