Three Dewhirst kiddos learning to ski this winter - Heath, Belle and Mitchell. They have been keeping busy with Belle's Saturday basketball games and then off to Donnelly to the cabin and skiing at Tamarack. All three have made great progress and if the weather holds (and the snow) a couple of more weekends of ski lessons.
We recently arrived home from a two week vacation to Hawaii for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had a wonderful time and want to thank everyone for all the cards, gifts and well wishes. My photo was taken at Ruth's Chris in Honolulu on our actual anniversary date of March 7th., Dick's was as we were going into the Lion King at the Blaisdell Concert Hall in Honolulu on Sunday afternoon and the other two were taken on the North Shore at the Waimea Valley botanical gardens. We are very blessed with a wonderful family and great friends. In July watch for photos from a Disney cruise to Alaska - we are all going as when our children asked what we wanted to do for our anniversary we said it did not matter as long as we were with our family. Because of the fact that we live in different states and the grandchildren are in school at this time they asked if it was okay with us if we waited to celebrate in July - since they are being so generous and treating us to the cruise this works for us we can celebrate from March to July!
