The Steel Magnolia's group met tonight at Jerri Stanfield's and the dessert provided tonight was a little nod to Chinese New Year's. I filled the little Chinese take-out cartons with chocolate foil Chinese good luck coins, a fortune cookie and (2) Chinese almond cookies and included some homemade toasted almond ice cream. They called to say they enjoyed the dessert. What a great group that Jerri Stanfield hosts and I love making them their dessert.
